Felicia Marable-Williams, a well-respected expert in family and consumer sciences, will guide participants through exercises that promote overall well-being, including improved strength, flexibility, and balance. These are key components in maintaining mobility and independence as we age, and the class will ensure that you receive guidance tailored to your individual fitness level.

Participation is easy, and the class is free! However, a liability waiver will be provided at check-in, and it must be completed to participate.
- What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers or sturdy closed-toed shoes for ease of movement.
- Registration: It’s important to register early, as classes may be subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees is not met. If the class is cancelled, you will be notified via email.
