Meet Your Instructor: Joyce Bowers

Joyce Bowers has been practicing yoga since 2007, after using yoga as a method to alleviate back pain and reduce the stress caused by her demanding career as an attorney at Walt Disney World Resort. After struggling with severe back pain and being advised to consider surgery, Joyce found relief through yoga and acupuncture. Her journey to recovery inspired her to become a yoga teacher so she could share her healing experience with others.

Joyce believes that anyone can practice yoga, regardless of age or physical condition. She is passionate about helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives through yoga and mindfulness.
